Required Documents

The required documents are different from country to country, but mainly five documents are essential to go through our Government approval formalities. i.e.

  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Agreement of Manpower Mobilization
  4. Employment Contract Paper
  5. Guarantee Letter
  6. Consulate Letter (Authority Letter for Saudi Arabia)


All these documents should be on the official letterhead of the employer company with authorized signature and company seal.

All these documents should be attested by the Nepalese Embassy or Chamber of Commerce in the Country of Employment. The original copies of all these documents are required.

For Malaysia, a set of following documents should be attested by either the local NOTARY PUBLIC or Nepalese Embassy in Malaysia.

  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Employment Contract Paper
  4. Authority Letter (Letter to Malaysian high commission)
  5. Letter to the Department of Labour, Labour
  6. Agreement of manpower mobilization
  7. Affidavit
  8. Photocopy of Employer’s ID
  9. Company Detail
  10. Photographs of the working area and worker’s Hostel

All the above mentioned documents should have Employer’s chop and authorized signature on every page. These documents should also have Notary Public chop on every page.

Besides these, a copy of KDN letter and its original English translation should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia.

The Visa Processing for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is different from other Middle East countries. The stepwise process for the recruitment in Saudi Arabia is given below:

  • Employers provide us electronic-wakala (E-wakala) as well as 5 legal documents in specified format, after getting attestations from Chamber of Commerce & Foreign Affairs Ministry (MOFA) of Saudi Arabia.
  • Selection of the candidates by the company representatives or by our own HR experts as per the demand.
  • Required the MOFA number of each candidate from the website of Saudi Government (Kalika Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. has been authorized and provided with the username and the password to log on to the authorized Visa Application link :
  • After MOFA, candidates undergo Medical process to GAMCA Nepal & its accredited medical centers (Permitted/authorized by GCC Nations as well as Nepal Government). It takes about 3 working days to get medical reports.
  • Medical Fit Reports, Original Passports, E-Wakal & other related documents are submitted to Saudi Embassy Consulate Section in Dhaka, Bangladesh for their visa endorsement. In near future Embassy of Saudi Arabia will be residing in Nepal with its full operations. Then after visa applications will be made directly in Consulate Section of Saudi Embassy in Nepal.

Note: Only the Manpower Companies who are authorized and provided with Entry Card from the Saudi Embassy in Dhaka are eligible to submit the passports for visa stamping. Saudi Consulate Dhaka has issued Entry in our agency name.
